Hester is meticulous, considerate, cheerful and always do her best for her clients; in my experience. idk where she gets all her energy from haha but it does make one feel comfortable and happy to be greeted by her.

I found Vim Beauty by chance while I was getting an ampule lash perm next door at Denude. I was very impressed and happy with their services and especially with Hester. She was very professional and helped me find the right facial for my skin type. Her technique was on point and the facial massage was so relaxing! I noticed a difference even with one session. I also appreciated that they don’t hard sell and push services that are not right for you. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

Appointment made on 18-Jan, received a text to cancelled my appointment on 27-Feb with the excuse of staff shortage.
Nearly 2mths later and no promised update whatsoever from them.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a package in Dec as I had a good experience with them. However, suddenly everything changed overnight in March. Staff left and there was no appointment slots until April. Went back for my appointment recently and it was very underwhelming. Before the start of my facial, staff kept hardselling me new packages when I am still in my first package.
During the sessions, they also kept hard selling top up services. There was also steps that they seemed to have missed from thee original program that I was sold. Microneedling used to cover the neck but was not this time round. No more oxygen spray during the program as well. Therapist was also quite rough when doing the microneedling, as compared to the previous therapist.
More hardselling when the facial ended.
It was a very poor experience despite being marketed as upscale establishment.

I have never dealt with an establishment which is so irresponsible. Your entire therapists and staff left overnight after operating less than 6 months and I am worried on my existing package. I asked for a call back from the management to address my concerns and till date after 2 weeks nobody has called me at all and ignored my messages on whatapps completely. I spent more than 10k there and yet nobody bothered to call me. How frightening it is for me to spend all these money and yet nobody call me to address my concerns. Is this how you conduct your business? Please do a refund of my package asap.

They lost all the therapists whom I signed up with overnight and when I asked for an appointment they told me they are “training new ones” and cld only book end of March onwards. As treatments require experience I had ask for their previous experience and number of years to which I was told these are PDPA info. ?! I didn’t ask for their ic or mobile number!
Are they trying to pull a fast one on me. Not to mention the tardy replies. Given I still have a good amount of package left likely will need to escalate this further

Did a CollagenLift treatment today and was amazed that it was painless despite using the same technology as HIFU. As HIFU normally gives a prickly effect especially on sensitive skin. The lifting results were immediate. Overall I enjoyed the experience and everyone was approachable too.

I did my cryotrim on my arms and tummy which is their fat freeze and i saw results after only 3 weeks! My therapist Velissa was very patient with me when I asked questions and she was also very reassuring during the whole treatment. I am very encouraged on the results and will continue to be on their body sculpting program to achieve my ideal shape!

I was a bit hesitant at first, but after trying their hifu, I'm amazed! Noticed my skin is more lifted right away, and it was so comfortable. No downtime is a huge plus. Their staff were very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend this place

After a long and tiring day of work, it was an uplifting session not just for the facial beauty care but to your soul with Hazel’s brightness of character and friendliness. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole session, and the facial (crystal bright) was comfortable and uplifting too. The products they use are safe and well for your skin, which are from Israel and dermatologically tested. Overall very nice and thank you Hazel (your smile and laughter was beautiful and contagious!), and the friendly staff that have attended and helped me today!

Had the opportunity to do HiFU with Hazel. Hazel was very patient in explaining the process and benefits. The process was painless, and I could see immediate skin tightening along my jawline post treatment.

Did the crystal clear facial with Velissa and the whole process was smooth and very relaxing. She was very detailed and her extractions did not hurt. After the facial, my face wasnt red and was able to head out directly. Will recommend!

Did the Crystal Clear facial and Hazel did an amazing job guiding me through the whole process. I have sensitive skin so I’m not good with going to just any beautician.
